Eleonora is part of Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber's family since its establishment in 2003, when she was invited by 30 leading Bulgarian and Romanian companies-founders to become its CEO. During the years, she tirelessly expands the Chanber's team and activity by gradually turning it into a recognizable business community.
She is a visionary and the driving force behind the Chamber's success with her extensive experience as a manager, consultant on European financing and project management, expert on regional and local development, project appraiser, financial controller. She loves to store knowledge, create business contacts, motivate and provoke herself, as well as her team, with new challenges.
She has a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from the "D. A. Tsenov ” Academy of Economics, she has specialised in Finances and Accounting in the University in Wales, Great Britain. She started as an operational manager for Bulgaria at one of the leading British chambers of commerce (Yorkshire region). She has five years of professional experience in the banking field and over 20 years in management consulting and entrepreneurship. She also successfully manages her own consulting company.

Adrian is the Romanian „strength“ in the Chamber's team, not only because he was born in Romania and has been living in Bulgaria for 13 years, but because he is our day-to-day connection with our and your partners from the other side of the river. He is an expert in market research, processing information in concrete inquiries, finding the right contacts, communicating with Romanian companies and assisting Bulgarian companies when they participate in exhibitions in Romania, as well as Romanian companies, who would like to be presented in Bulgaria.
His experience in the field of tourism is invaluable in planning and conducting family adventures and trips organised by the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund.
He has graduated the “George Baritiu“ university in Brasov, Romania, majoring in Accounting and Management of Information Systems. He starts as an accountant in Romania, but his professional path gradually leads him to the tourist business, where he works approximately 12 years.

Desi organises the administrative matters in the Chamber and communicates with clients, partners and institutions. She has been in the Chamber since its creation and during this time she has gained experience in working on projects, preparation of seminars and trainings, conducting research, holding events. During the years she has been actively communicating with various organisations in support of the Bulgarian-Romanian relations and is highly commited to the problems of the navigation on the Danube.
After the Vocational Training Center within BRCCI was licensed, she is responsible for organising the courses and trainings and for the relations with the Employment Agency and the EURES network. She looks for inspiration in the initiatives of the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund and is happy to participate in their planning and organisation.
She is a graduate of "D. A. Tsenov ” Academy of Economics, majoring in Insurance and Social Work. Her professional career includes working as an office manager, public relations and expert in international projects and programmes in the Regional Development Agency for North-Central Region, the Bulgarian office of the British Chamber of Commerce, consultant and accounting companies.

Master of Public Relations from the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“, with over 10 years of experience as a communication expert and 10 more years as a journalist in regional and national electronic media. She has specialised in the field of radio journalism, management of electronic media and communication during crisis. She has worked on projects, financed under the operational programs. Author of content for various types of publications.
At the Chamber, Geri mostly looks after the organisation's image in the public space, drafts materials to be published in the media, organises interviews, writes news and other interesting information for our own communication channels. She enthusiastically prepares a weekly newsletter, specifically for the members of the BRCC, with up-to-date and useful information about the business from both countries.
She is an expert in organising special events, press conferences and seminars, as well as competitions and fun events within the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund.
Georgi Georgiev

Georgi is a specialist in conducting researches, summarizing and analyzing statistical information in various business areas. He actively works on projects, processes inquiries and takes care of the information to and from the Chamber's member companies, news and events to be published daily on our website and newsletter.
He often prepares articles for our Linkdin groups: Focus Bulgaria and Focus Romania.
As an advisor in the field of labour mobility, he participates in organising and conducting information meetings and administers the platform for job searching and job offering in Romania and Bulgaria.
He started his professional career as a social security expert in sector "Social Security Archive" in the National Social Secutiry Institute, and after that he joined the Chamber as an intern. He has a Bachelor's degree, majoring in "International Economic Relations" and a Master's degree in "European Studies and Regional Cooperation" from the Ruse University "Angel Kanchev".
Tsvetelina Krusteva

Tsvetelina is the youngest member of Chamber’s team but also the person who is aware of the tasks and activities of each one of us. She works very closely with the CEO Eleonora Ivanova and assists her in the daily communications with both the Chamber’s member companies and external clients.
Tsveti traces and coordinates, among others, the overall team’s activities, deadlines and commitments. Supported by the CEO she is also in charge of monitoring the quality of project activities where the Chamber acts as the Applicant.
Tsvetelina graduated the University of Greenwich in London with a degree in International Event Management. The acquired knowledge and skills help Tsveti to take part in the organisation and successful implementation of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber’s events.
Despite her young age, Tsveti is a person who successfully “dives” into the depths of the most important initiatives of the Chamber – industry decarbonisation and the Green Deal. Tsveti is an expert in European projects but also actively supports the activities related to the development of the foreign companies in Bulgaria who look for assistance support from the Chamber. Being capable of communicating with people and organisations from different nationalities and cultures makes her a highly valuable and trusted member of the Chamber’s team.
Galina Kovacheva

Galina has a master’s degree in Accounting&Control and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the University of Economics, Varna.
She has over 15 years of experience as an accountant, chief accountant and project financial expert. Galina is also an expert in budgeting and project financial reporting in both the public and private sectors.
She has a track record of experience in projects funded by Comenius and Erasmus+ programmes, as well as Operational Programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth”, Operational programme “Human Resource Development, Operational Programme “Innovations and Competitiveness”, etc.
Within the team of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber Galina is responsible for the administrative and financial activities.
Concerning the Chamber’s project activities, Galina is in charge of the projects budgeting and financial reporting.
Vladimir Petkov

Vladimir is responsible for the successful implementation of the European projects in which the Chamber participates, and to achieve this he conducts research and analysis, organises events, elaborates reports and deliverables, and maintains communication with partner organisations from the EU.
He possesses competences and experience in the area of data collection and processing, information analysis, and content creation.
Vladimir has a master’s degree in the field of linguistics, namely Translotology with Russian and English from the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo.
Being located in Sofia, he is the person who can quickly react for a face-to-face meeting in the capital of Bulgaria. He does that often and is also a regular participant in international forums dedicated to transport development in the Danube Region (and not only), environmental protection, and support for the business.
Magdalena Simeonova

Magi began her professional career 5 years ago as a marketing expert in the Chamber. During this time, she transformed from an intern to an experienced manager on projects, related to labour mobility in the cross-border region, the cultural heritige of the fisheries communities on the river, the usage and development of cloud services for the business. She publishes up-to-date information on our communication channels and is responsible for our Linkedin groups: Focus Bulgaria and Focus Romania. Her creativity is the reason to often take the role of a designer in relation to our events, our website publications, our social media and the blog of the Bulgarian-Romanian Children's Fund.
She has a Master's degree in Economics, majoring in "European Project Management" from the Ruse University "Angel Kanchev".
