The General Assembly for the members of BULGARIAN-ROMANIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY which will take place on 30.05.2024, from 9:30 AM at the following address: Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, 89B Vitosha Blvd., floor 4, Motsart hall, Sofia, with the following agenda:

1. Report of the Managing Board on the activities of BRCCI for the period since the previous General Assembly, report from the Control Council and discharge of responsibility of the members of the Managing Board for their activities during the reporting period;
2. Adoption of the annual financial report of BRCCI for 2023;
3. Adoption of entirely new Articles of Association of the BRCCI;
4. Changing the BRCCI 's membership fee;
5. Election of new members of the Managing Board of BRCCI.
