Administrative services

We offer a meeting room for rent, fully equipped with desks, chairs, a flipchart, multimedia and sound equipment, coffee and water. The meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people for seminars, trainings, courses or for carrying out business meetings. The room is situated next to our office at 12-14 Voyvodova street, Ruse, Bulgaria.

The meeting room is completely independent and can be used outside of working hours and on weekends as well.

It is the perfect place for carrying out meetings between Romanian and Bulgarian companies on neutral territory.
 

The rent fees are as follows:

BGN 40 per hour or BGN 320 for a full 8 hour day (no VAT incl.).

For our member companies, we offer the following discounts:

BGN 30 per hour or BGN 240 for a full 8 hour day (no VAT incl.).
