An opportunity for employees’ training through OP HRD

Unemployed people could be hired and employees could be trained in specific skills, which are necessary for their respective company. This can happen under the “Specific training” procedure in the EU’s “Human Resource Development” operational programme. Training in foreign languages can also be financed through that procedure. The overall budget of “Specific training” is 10 mln. leva and the maximum grant amount for one trained person is 3000 leva. The vocational training must end with a document, which is issued to the trained person and which certifies the successful ending of the training course.

Eligible candidates can be companies, which operate in the sectors of high technology, knowledge, information and communication technologies and the processing industries with high added labor value. The final date for project submission is 31.10.2017 and the final date for the implementation of the project activities is 31.12.2019.

The project proposals for this procedure can be submitted only electronically, through a qualified electronic signature, using the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds in Bulgaria (ИСУН 2020) – https://eumis2020.government.bg/
