The International Fair in Plovdiv, which will be held from 21 to 25 February, will show the new trends in food and beverages. Healthy and organic foods are increasingly being embraced by all producers and traders working in this sector, as consumers themselves increasingly pay attention to what foods and drinks they consume in order to improve their quality of life. It will be precisely healthy foods that will be the focus of this year’s Food and Drinks Forum. It will include several exhibitions:
– “Agra “- focusing on what farmers need – technologies for livestock, farming, etc .;
– “Foodtech” – various offers of specialties from the Bulgarian and foreign cuisine. Exhibitors will be renowned manufacturers, merchants and craftsmen who will demonstrate their original creations.
– “Vinaria” – Exhibition of viticulture and wine-making. Sophisticated Bulgarian and foreign wines and alcoholic beverages will be shown.
– “Flavors from Italy” – an exhibition for connoisseurs of Italian cuisine, which this year will bring together all 30 companies that participated in the previous edition.
This year’s edition of the International Plovdiv Fair will be the largest ever and will be enriched with some additional exhibitions, one of which is “Horeka Plovdiv” – equipment for hotels, shops and restaurants.
It is expected that more than 45 000 people from Bulgaria and abroad will visit the event.
