Devnya Cement representative cuts the ribbon at historic inauguration ceremony for the opening of refurbished ex-municipality building, destroyed in devastating earthquake of L’Aquila in 2009

In February  2014, in the city of Torre de’ Passeri, Italy, a remarkable ceremony for the inauguration of the restored ex-municipality building was held. It was almost destroyed over the severe earthquake in L’Aquila, Abruzzo district, Italy, dating April 6th, 2009.
the Mayor Linari, and Mr. Antonio Tarquinio, Investments Manager of Devnya Cement and Vulkan Cement cut the ribbon of the new cultural citadel, in the presence of over 500 guests.
